WCCHS Students Collect over 1500 Cans of Food During FCCLA Can Drive

WCCHS students brought in over 1500 cans of food during the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) can drive, breaking their total of 940 cans from last year! Here are the results by grade level:

Sophomores: 647 cans
Seniors: 403 cans
Freshmen: 290 cans
Juniors: 212 cans

All the food was donated to the Neighborhood Food Pantry on Fremont St. in West Chicago.

FCCLA is a national Career and technical Student Organization that provides personal growth, leadership development, and career preparation opportunities for students in Family and Consumer Science education.
