Mission Statement:   District # 94 is committed to ensuring all students receive a free appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment. The staff at Community High School strongly believes this is best accomplished when teachers, parents and the student work collaboratively to achieve this goal.   All eligible students are entitled to special education and related services through the age of 21, inclusive (i.e. through the day before the student's 22nd birthday).   Related Services Students with disabilities may receive related services as part of their individual education programs (IEPs). The [school district or special education cooperative] will maintain related service logs that record the type and number of minutes of the related service(s) administered to such students. Copies of any related service logs will be available to parents/guardians at their child’s annual review IEP meeting. Parents/guardians of students with disabilities may also request copies of their child’s related service logs at any time.
