As a valued member of our community, a Lifetime Gold Card entitles the holder to free admission at many district-sponsored events held at West Chicago Community High School. Please note that some ticketed or fundraising events such as the Variety Show, Band Showcase and benefit plays for the Drama Program are excluded. |

In order to be eligible for a Lifetime Gold Card, community members must be at least 55 years of age and live within the boundaries of Community High School District 94. Proof of age and residency are required to obtain the Gold Card. Please stop by the District Offices at West Chicago Community High School located at 326 Joliet Street, Entrance B, West Chicago, IL to drop off your completed application, along with valid identification. Our office hours are 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you prefer to mail your application, please send it to the address listed above, along with a copy of identification.
