    Dear Parent/Guardian,
    Welcome to the 2018-2019 School Year! Online registration will be available starting July 2nd. Both online registration and payment arrangements must be completed by Thursday, July 19th. To make fee waiver and free lunch arrangements, see below for office times.

     *A late fee of $25 will be applied for registration/payment arrangements completed after Thursday, July 19th.

    When registering, all listed fees need to be paid in full by credit or debit card to complete registration. Students will not receive their class schedule, student ID, locker and bus information if registration/payment arrangements have not been completed by July 19th.

    If you do not have an active account or have forgotten your login information you will need to follow the instructions on page 2 of the registration mailing.

    • No Information will be given to a student; any request to reset a password needs to come from a parent or legal guardian.

    Fee payment- Waivers and Assistance

    Complete the online application in its entirety, even if you have not made a payment! If you need payment assistance via full tuition waiver or lunch assistance, you will then need to come in on the dates and times listed below. To apply for a fee waiver or free lunch see the last page of this packet for Income Verification Rules (the IDHS Medical Card is not a qualifying document for fee waivers). In order to ensure your application is processed in a timely manner, please complete all aspects of the application prior to coming in at the designated times.

     Dates:    July 2, 2018 thru July 19, 2018    Times & Days:     Monday and Wednesday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM                                                                                                                                                                    Tuesday and Thursday   10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    If registration/payment arrangements have been completed, Sophomore, Juniors, and Seniors will RECEIVE schedules in the mail by August 3rd.

    Schedule and Chromebook Pick Up days for freshman and New Students

                            Wednesday, July 25th  9:00 AM- 2:00 PM

                            Thursday, July 26th     4:00 PM- 7:00 PM

     Note: An optional Chromebook Insurance fee has been added to your student’s account as an optional fee. If you do not wish to purchase insurance please disregard the fee, it will be removed from your student’s account.
