COVID-19 Vaccines for ALL WCCHS Students May 14

  • COVID vaccines will be administered on May 14 to ANY WCCHS student with signed informed consent. See forms below.

    5/11/21

Eligibility for the COVID-19 vaccine has been opened to anyone 12 years of age and older.  Pfizer has now been APPROVED by the FDA for students 12-15 years of age.  As schools continue to take incremental steps toward normalcy, the health departments have regularly indicated that vaccinations are a means toward minimizing the impact of COVID disruptions for school activities and operations.  As such, we have been recently urged by the health department to organize a vaccination clinic for our students.

We have partnered once again with Jewel-Osco to organize a vaccination clinic next Friday, May 14th.  This clinic is open to all WCCHS students. The 2nd dose will be administered on Friday, June 4th.  Participation in this vaccination clinic is optional - it is not required - and is only for students of District 94.  For additional information or questions, please email wegovax@d94.org
