CHS SPEECH TEAM WILL SHOWCASE AT 'VERBALLY YOURS'

The Speech Team at Community High School District 94, in West Chicago, will present 'Verbally Yours' on Thursday, February 1^st at 7:30pm. This award winning team will perform both original and published works. Jason Kling, Head Speech Coach, states that, "This event is significant because it allows our school, and community, to recognize the dedication and skill of the speech team as well as allowing many prospective high school and middle school students the ability to see if they would like to join next year."

Co-Captains Rachel Hellman, Kristy Klouda and Lisa Daniels will be performing pieces of original comedy, special occasion speaking, oratorical declamation, prose reading, humorous interpretation and original oratory. Alexis Scott will be performing verse reading and impromptu speaking.

In their hour long performance this exceptionally talented team promises to make you laugh, reflect and send you home wishing that you could hear more.

This free performance will be held in the Learning Resource Center at 326 Joliet Street in West Chicago. Please enter the school at entrance 'H' on the far south side of the building.
