- 1:00-3:00*: Business Site Visits. *Note: There is some flexibility here. You may stay longer! Realize that the business mentor has the ultimate word on this, so any changes should be arranged with the business mentor's approval!

What do you need to provide?
- Your Application Form (Just click on Application Form)
- Your Field Trip Form (Just click on Field Trip Form)
- Your OWN transportation
- The application form and field trip form need to be signed by your parents and periods 6-8th hour teachers.
- Forms are due to Mrs. Peach.
- Appropriate attire: no T-shirts or blue jeans. You may want to check
with your business site to see if there is a dress code or to ask for
directions.
- Attend a meeting after school to get job site information in Room 211.
